Miss BIM respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Revit add-in, Miss BIM Box, collects, uses, and protects information when installed and used by you.

1. What Data We Collect

The add-in collects the following data:

• License key provided by the user

• Machine ID (a hashed hardware identifier)
  This is used solely for license validation and seat tracking.

No personal, project, or design data is collected or accessed by the app.

2. How the Data Is Collected and Used

When you activate the tool, your license key and machine ID are sent securely to our license management server (Base44 or Supabase).

This is used only to:

• Validate license activation

• Enforce seat limits

• Ensure authorized usage of the add-in

3. Third Parties

Your license and machine data may be stored in a secure third-party service (e.g., Base44 or Supabase) used solely for licensing. These platforms are GDPR-compliant and provide equivalent protection of your data as outlined in this policy. No other third parties (including advertising or analytics services) are involved.

 

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain license and machine ID data only as long as the license remains active.

• Upon expiration or revocation, your machine ID is removed from the license record within 30 days.

• We do not store or access any of your project data.

 

5. User Rights & Consent Revocation

If you would like to:

• Revoke your consent

• Deactivate your license

• Delete machine ID records associated with your license
